We have a committed team of staff and volunteers all of whom hold current valid DBS checks. About half of the staff are young which provides the young people with vital role models while the rest are drawn from all different age and range of backgrounds.
Our staff are all educated up to a minimum of level 3. Many of our volunteers are former students who are now completing their A levels or have begun at college or university.
